Pending Withdrawal

We understand you might be worried; but in the majority of cases there is even no need to contact us, it wont speed up the process, cause all cases are already attended to as quickly as possible and the vast majority will be approved without additional questions.

Pending withdraw review: Why? How long will it take?

Although most transactions go through instantly, once in a while we just have to check that all everything is ok. Beside rare cases of abuse (e.g. vulnerability exploit, account hacks with an attempt to withdraw other player funds)  all transactions will approved, but can take a few hours to process (although again, we're usually much faster).

We appreciate patience when this occurs however live support is mostly available 24/7 to help attend any questions.

The main causes for pending withdrawal are this:

Suspicious activity on your account: There are a few obvious signs that your account might of been compromised; so the auto system tries it's best to help in these rare cases by blocking the transaction and putting it into review - this gives time for the actual owner to get in touch with us, or for us to investigate the case more thoroughly.

Faucet farming: When we feel that the faucet use has been well beyond a fair use of it, we do reserve the right to stop these, and a pending review may be automatically triggered as this has been detected. For the overwhelming majority of duckies, all are approved.

Multiple-accounts: Due to our level system in particular, duckdice insist on a 1 account per person policy. This keeps it fair to all.

Bypassing Minimum withdraw: When you deposit an amount to increase your balance purposefully only to withdraw, for example, you deposit 50k satoshi, turn that into 150k satoshi, and then deposit a further 70k to get to the 200k min withdraw, this is strictly not allowed and your funds will be returned minus any win on duckdice, the only way to withdraw funds under the minimum is too play until you reach it through play, or the funds were already above min withdraw when you started and remain above the min withdraw.

We try our up-most to conclude all investigations very quickly, but please understand once in a while something requires a fair bit of time to review and there are only so many hours in the day, so we do state that it can take up to 48 hours. This is a very exceptionally rare thing to occur, and most are completed within less than a few hours.
