Bank

"Bank" account is a part of your main account and virtually divide your total funds into game balance and bank balance. Therefore you won't need to create a second account for "bank" purposes.

The current minimum amount that you can transfer to bank will be shown to your in the Bank Balance screen, as shown below:

There is no limit for withdrawal amount from the Bank Balance. You can deposit from and to the Game at any time.
